Ryan Luney has been a volunteer since the age of 14, showing great commitment to Carrickfergus Gymnastic Club.
Week in, week out, Ryan dedicates his time and knowledge to encourage children to maintain good health and fitness through gymnastics. Ryan also uses his free time as a play supervisor to help with Parents of Autistic Children, as well as aiding Jump Northern Ireland.
Considered a valuable part of the gymnastics team of volunteers, he is very passionate about the importance of fitness in young people, working with children ranging from 3 to 18 years old to encourage them and guide them.
Ryan has been a true role model for the club, introducing freestyle gymnastics, as well as acting as an ambassador, encouraging more boys to join the sport.
